8. Ordering process

You can buy without creating an account. Add products to your cart and complete the purchase at checkout. After placing an order you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. You can correct errors in your order before paying, or afterwards by contacting us as soon as possible.

9. Availability and order validation

All orders are subject to product availability and to a subsequent logistics check. If we cannot fulfil an order (for example because an item is out of stock, the delivery is not viable or an error in the price or description is found), we may cancel it and refund you in full.

10. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency selected on the website. Where required by law, prices include applicable taxes such as VAT. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. For international orders, customs duties, import taxes and other charges levied in the destination country are not included and are payable by the customer. Payments are processed by secure third-party payment providers using encryption; we do not store your full card or other financial data. Your bank may apply currency conversion fees.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or defective products.

If we do not enforce a right, this is not a waiver of that right. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions stay in force. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and SHOOT SKII regarding the use of the website and purchases made through it.

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence, and you may bring a claim before the courts of your country of residence.
